- The application is submitted to the respective Japanese educational institution, employer, or organization.
- The applicant is informed of the processing requirements and necessary procedures throughout each stage of the application.
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is issued upon approval by the relevant Japanese authority. (Processing time may vary depending on the institution and immigration procedures.)
- After the COE is issued, YUME Japanese Language School provides further guidance regarding the remaining application procedures and required formalities.
- The applicant completes the visa application process at the Japanese Embassy/Consulate with the required documents.
- After visa approval, the applicant completes the necessary pre-departure formalities.
- The applicant travels to Japan and begins study or employment according to the selected program.
